湿选钢渣尾泥的机械活化及其在混凝土中的应用 被引量:1

Mechanical activation of wet sorted steel slag mud and its application in concrete

摘要 为实现湿选钢渣尾泥的大规模资源化利用,通过机械活化方法制备钢渣尾泥复合胶凝材料,以铁尾矿和废石为骨料制备C40混凝土,并研究钢渣尾泥复合胶凝材料对混凝土性能的影响。利用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫面电镜(SEM)、红外光谱(FT-IR)等微观测试手段分析钢渣尾泥复合胶凝材料的水化机理。结果表明:钢渣尾泥比表面积为490 m^(2)/kg时,胶凝材料中钢渣尾泥掺量30%、矿渣55%、脱硫石膏15%条件下,C40混凝土的28 d抗压强度可达42.16 MPa,满足混凝土强度设计要求。复合胶凝材料的水化产物主要为AFt和C-S-H凝胶,随着水化龄期的增加,C-S-H凝胶大量生成并与AFt晶体紧密交织,保证了混凝土的强度增长。 In order to realize the large-scale resource utilization of the wet sorting steel slag mud,steel slag mud was prepared by mechanical activation,C40 concrete was prepared with iron tailings and waste rock as aggregate,and study on the effect of composite cementitious material with steel slag mud for concrete performance cementitious material.The hydration mechanism of steel slag mud composite cementifying material was analyzed by means of XRD,SEM,FT-IR.The results show that when the specific surface area of steel slag mud is 490 m^(2)/kg,when the cementitious material contains 30%steel slag mud,55%slag and 15%desulfurization gypsum,the 28 d compressive strength of C40 concrete can reach 42.16 MPa,which meets the design requirements of concrete strength.The hydration products of composite cementing materials are mainly AFt and C-S-H gels.With the increase of hydration age,C-S-H gels are generated in large quantities and closely interwoven with AFt crystals,which ensures the growth of concrete strength.
