荷载作用下珊瑚混凝土中氧气扩散系数试验研究 被引量:1

Experimental research on oxygen diffusion coefficient in coral concrete under load

摘要 试验设计测定多组C30珊瑚混凝土的抗压强度,得到珊瑚混凝土的极限抗压强度,并对研究试件施加0、25%、45%、65%的极限荷载值,后通过超声波速对试件损伤进行量化表征,测定荷载作用下珊瑚混凝土的氧气扩散系数。结果表明:最优配合比C30珊瑚混凝土极限抗压强度为32.9 MPa;通过超声波速对试件横截面的不同位置进行测量,发现荷载对珊瑚混凝土的损伤有较大的影响,且随着施加荷载的增加,超声波速也逐渐降低。且荷载对珊瑚混凝土两端边缘造成的损伤较为接近;对比珊瑚混凝土试件和砂浆试件的氧气扩散系数,发现珊瑚混凝土试件孔隙率更大,致使氧气扩散系数更大。且珊瑚混凝土预先施加荷载值越大,试件的损伤就越重,产生的微裂缝越多,氧气传输速率越快,最终氧气扩散系数越大,氧气浓度传输遵循先快后缓的规律。 The experimental design of this research is to determine the compressive strength of multiple groups of C30 coral concrete,obtain the ultimate compressive strength of coral concrete,and apply the ultimate load values of 0,25%,45%and 65%to the research specimens,and then pass the ultrasonic speed.The damage of the specimen was quantitatively characterized,and the oxygen diffusion coefficient of coral concrete under load was measured.The results show that the ultimate compressive strength of C30 coral concrete with the optimal mix ratio is 32.9 MPa.The different positions of the cross section of the specimen are measured by ultrasonic speed,and it is found that the load has a greater influence on the damage of the coral concrete,and with the increase applied load,the speed of ultrasound gradually decreases.Moreover,the damage caused by the load to the edges of the coral concrete is relatively close.Comparing the oxygen diffusion coefficient of the coral concrete specimen and the mortar specimen,it is found that the coral concrete specimen has a larger porosity,resulting in a greater oxygen diffusion coefficient.In addition,the greater the pre-loaded value of coral concrete,the heavier the damage of the specimen,the more micro-cracks,the faster the oxygen transmission rate,and the greater the final oxygen diffusion coefficient.The oxygen concentration transmission follows the law of rapid first and then slow.
