环境温度、相对湿度、空气交换率对聚氨酯塑胶跑道TVOC释放的影响 被引量:2

Effects of Ambient Temperature,Relative Humidity and Air Exchange Rate on the Release of TVOC from Polyurethane Plastic Runway

摘要 目的:探讨环境温度、相对湿度、空气交换率对聚氨酯(polyurethane,PU)塑胶跑道总挥发性有机化合物(total volatile organic compounds,TVOC)释放的影响。方法:采用0.1 m^(3)环境舱进行温度23℃~60℃、相对湿度5%~65%、空气交换率0.5~1.5次/h环境条件下PU塑胶跑道TVOC的释放,并对其TVOC质量浓度(ρ_(TVOC))进行实时检测,分析不同环境条件下ρ_(TVOC)随时间的变化规律及其最大值(ρ_(最大值))、24 h值(ρ_(24 h值))、达到最大值的时间(t_(最大值))、趋于平衡的时间(t_(平衡))特征。结果:1)温度升高,ρ_(最大值)、ρ_(24 h值)均稳定增大,且t_(最大值)缩短,t_(平衡)延长。同时,ρ_(最大值)、ρ_(24 h值)在30℃~35℃和50℃以上时增幅相对较大。2)相对湿度增大,ρ_(最大值)、ρ_(24 h值)均逐渐增大,而相对湿度并不能显著影响t_(最大值)、t_(平衡)。3)空气交换率增大,PU塑胶跑道TVOC释放前期ρ_(TVOC)随之增大,而中、后期ρ_(TVOC)迅速下降,且下降速率与空气交换率成正比。同时,t_(最大值)、t_(平衡)均随空气交换率增大逐渐缩短。结论:环境温度、相对湿度和空气交换率的增大均会在不同程度上促进PU塑胶跑道TVOC的释放,显著影响其ρ_(最大值)、ρ_(24 h值)和t_(最大值)、t_(平衡),且温度对其影响显著高于空气交换率、相对湿度。 Objective:To determine the effects of ambient temperature,relative humidity,and air exchange rate on the total volatile organic compounds(TVOC)released from polyurethane(PU)plastic runways.Methods:A 0.1 m^(3)environmental chamber is used for the release of TVOC from the PU plastic runway at a temperature of 23℃to 60℃,a relative humidity of 5%to 65%,and an air exchange rate of 0.5 to 1.5 times/h.The real-time detection of its TVOC mass concentration is conducted and the variation ofρ_(TVOC)released by PU plastic track with time and the characteristics of the maximum value ofρ_(TVOC)(ρ_(max)),the 24 h value ofρ_(TVOC)(ρ_(24 h)),the time to reach the maximum value(t_(max)),the time to balance(t_(balance))are analyzed.Results:1)When the ambient temperature rises,ρ_(max) andρ_(24 h) increase steadily,and the t_(max) decreases,the t_(balance) increases.At the same time,the increase amplitude ofρ_(max) andρ_(24 h) are relatively large when the temperature at 30℃to 35℃and above 50℃.2)As the relative humidity increases,ρ_(max) andρ_(24 h) gradually increase.And the relative humidity cannot significantly affect t_(max) and t_(balance).3)As the air exchange rate increases,theρ_(TVOC)increases in the early stage,and drops rapidly in the middle and late stages.And the rate of decline is also proportional to the air exchange rate.At the same time,the t_(max) and t_(balance) are gradually shortened as the air exchange rate increases.Conclusions:The increase of ambient temperature,relative humidity and air exchange rate will promote the release of TVOC from PU plastic runway to varying degrees,and significantly affectρ_(max),ρ_(24 h),t_(max) and t_(balance) ofρ_(TVOC).The influence of temperature on TVOC releases from PU plastic runways is significantly higher than air exchange rate and relative humidity.
