长距离输水隧洞TBM卡机原因及其解脱措施探析 被引量:3

摘要 依托新疆阿勒泰输水隧洞工程,结合施工工法和数值模拟分析了TBM卡机成因,并对解脱措施进行了研究。研究结果表明:沿隧道纵向,在距离断层上盘和断层带越近,围岩变形就越大,在断层上盘与断层带交界处就会发生突变,变形显著增大并在进入断层带4 m左右时达到峰值,随后显著减小,在进入断层下盘后变形不再显著;拱顶、拱底和拱腰变形历时曲线变化节点主要位于前盾盾尾,断面在前盾盾尾之前的围岩变形缓慢增大或者趋于稳定,前盾盾尾脱空后变形迅速增大,这是造成卡机的主要原因。因此在施工过程中,提出了刀盘回退、碎石清理、注浆回填、地层加固等措施并加以运用,快速解脱了TBM卡机问题。该案例可为同类工程提供参考。 Based on Altay water conveyance tunnel in Xinjiang,the causes and relief measures of tunnel boring machine(TBM)jamming was analyzed by combining construction method and numerical simulation.The results show that the closer to the fault zone,the greater the deformation of surrounding rock along the longitudinal direction of the tunnel;That abrupt changes occur at the junction of the hanging wall and the fault zone.The deformation increases significantly and reaches a peak at about 4 m into the fault and then significantly reduced.Deformation is no longer significant after entering the footwall of the fault;The change nodes of deformation duration curves of vault,arch bottom and hance are mainly located at the tail of the front shield;The deformation of surrounding rock increases slowly or tends to be stable in the front shield tail.After the front shield tail disengaging,the deformation increases rapidly which is the main reason for the jamming.Therefore,in the construction process,the measures of cutterhead retreating,gravel cleaning,grouting backfilling and stratum reinforcement were applied to quickly solve the problem of TBM jamming.This case can provide reference for similar projects.
