摘要
为进一步提升煤矿工作面生产的安全性,以15107工作面为例,对于其自燃煤层容易与氧气氧化反应导致火灾发生的问题,在对注氮灭火工艺特点和有效性分析的基础上,根据现场情况及注氮灭火工艺提出了输氮管路、制氮装置、空气压缩机的选型;通过实践表明,注氮工艺可明显起到防火灾的目的。
In order to further improve the safety of coal mine working face production,taking 15107 working face as an example,for the problem that its spontaneous combustion coal seam is easy to react with oxygen to cause fire,based on the analysis of the characteristics and effectiveness of nitrogen injection fire extinguishing technology,according to the site conditions and nitrogen injection fire extinguishing technology,the selection of nitrogen transmission pipeline,nitrogen production device and air compressor is proposed.The practice shows that the nitrogen injection process can obviously play the role of fire prevention.
