摘要
油田现场管理工作的重点之一是对单井中天然气的节流、测量、分流、清洗等工作,其中纯化撬是常用设备。传统纯化撬占地面积大、搬运难度大,甚至有时会搬运失误造成现场事故的发生,导致纯化撬使用效率低。文章提出了一种新型便携集成式纯化撬技术,通过改进传动机构、开口、固定板、限位块、橡胶垫的位置来解决纯化撬体积过大而造成搬运困难的问题。
The natural gas heating,throttling,separation,metering and pigging of single wells in oil and gas fields have always been a key work in the field management of oil and gas fields,and purification skids are required for natural gas processing.However,the traditional purification skid occupies a large area and is difficult to handle,which often causes injuries to the staff during the process of handling the purification skid,resulting in low eficiency of the purification skid.To solve this problem,this paper proposes an application in the feld of purification skid technology.By improving the position of transmission mechanism,opening,fixed plate,limit block and rubber pad,it solves the problem that most purification skids on the market are inconvenient to handle due to their largevolumeand heavyweight.
