焦虑症患者的静息态脑功能影像分析 被引量:7

The resting-state brain function in patients with anxiety disorders

摘要 目的用静息态功能磁共振成像(rs-fMRI)探讨焦虑症患者脑功能的特点。方法本研究对象为我院2020年1月~2022年1月40例焦虑症患者,设为观察组,另选择40名健康体检人员作为志愿者,设为对照组。采用3.0T MRI进行静息态fMRI成像,采用Matlab 2011b平台进行rsfMRI数据处理,比较两组ReHo值差异显著的脑区。评估焦虑症患者焦虑自评量表(SAS),分析异常脑区ReHo值与SAS评分的相关性。结果观察组左侧额上回、左侧额中回、右侧额下回、右侧楔前叶ReHo值显著高于对照组,右侧丘脑、右侧梭状回、右侧枕中回、左侧额中回显著低于对照组(P<0.05);左侧额上回、右侧额下回、右侧楔前叶ReHo值与SAS评分呈正相关,右侧丘脑、右侧梭状回、右侧枕中回ReHo值与SAS评分呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论焦虑症患者rs-fMRI存在多个脑区活动异常,右侧丘脑、左侧额上回等可能与焦虑症的发生及发展有所关联。 Objective To explore the characteristics and significance of resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging(rs-fMRI)in patients with anxiety disorders.Methods Forty patients with anxiety disorders in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were the subjects of this study,which were set as the observation group,and another 40 healthy physical examination personnel were selected as volunteers,which were set as the control group.3.0TMRI imager was used for resting-state fMRI imaging,and Matlab2011b platform was used for rs-fMRI data processing,and the brain regions with significant differences in Re Ho values between the two groups were compared.The Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)in patients with anxiety disorders was evaluated,and the correlation between the Re Ho value of abnormal brain regions and the SAS score was analyzed.Results The Re Ho values of the left superior frontal gyrus,left middle frontal gyrus,right inferior frontal gyrus,and right precuneus in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the right thalamus,right fusiform gyrus,right middle occipital gyrus,The left middle frontal gyrus was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The left superior frontal gyrus,right inferior frontal gyrus,and right precuneus were positively correlated with the SAS score,while the right thalamus,right fusiform gyrus,and right middle occipital gyrus were negatively correlated with the SAS score(P<0.05).Conclusion The rs-fMRI of patients with anxiety disorder has abnormal activity in multiple brain regions,and the right thalamus and left superior frontal gyrus may be related to the onset and development of anxiety disorder.
