电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)和石墨炉原子吸收光谱(GFAAS)法测定大米粉中铅含量的探讨和比较 被引量:3

摘要 采用微波消解前处理方法,建立电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)和石墨炉原子吸收光谱法(GFAAS)测定大米粉中铅含量的方法,并进行比较分析。结果表明ICP-MS法和GFAAS法均能对大米粉中的铅元素进行很好的分析测定,校正曲线的相关系数均在0.999以上,线性关系良好;各方法铅元素检出限均小于国标方法要求的检出限,灵敏度较高;加标回收率范围在93.9%~103.2%之间,回收率良好;相对标准偏差RSD值均小于5.0%,精密度良好;大米粉标准物质测定值均在标示值范围内,准确度良好。 A method for the determination of Plumbum in rice flour by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)and graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry(GFAAS)was established and compared by microwave digestion pre-treatment.The results showed that both ICP-MS method and GFAAS method could determine Plumbum in rice flour well,and the correlation coefficients(R)of the calibration curves were all above 0.999,indicating a good linear relationship.The detection limits were all lower than the national standard method,and the sensitivities were high.The recovery is between 93.9%~103.2%.The relative standard deviation were all less than 5.0%,and the precision were good.The determination values of reference substances in rice flour were all within the range of marked values with good accuracy.
