摘要
周围性面神经麻痹是临床常见的疾病之一,属于中医“中风病”范畴,临床表现为患者突然一侧面瘫,口喎眼斜。纯西医对此病治疗效果欠佳,且可能留下后遗症,对患者的生活造成较大影响。上海交通大学医学院附属第九人民医院黄浦分院收治1例典型的周围性面神经麻痹伴有腔隙性脑梗死患者,医生在西医对症治疗的基础上运用中药整体调节,并结合针灸理疗,获得了显著疗效。文章结合近年来国内外文献,归纳整理该病病因、病性、治疗方法,介绍本案例治疗全过程、案例特点以及转归,并对监护治疗过程中可能发生的不良反应及用药安全进行说明,分析了诊疗过程和治疗机制,效果良好。本案例较成功且具有典型性,为临床治疗周围性面神经麻痹提供参考,更好地促进合理用药。
Peripheral facial nerve palsy is one of the common clinical diseases,which belongs to the category of“apoplexy”in TCM.Patients with clinical manifestations suddenly have one side of facial paralysis and crooked eyes.The treatment effect of pure Western medicine on this disease is not good,and may leave sequelae for the patient,causing a great impact on the patient’s life.One case of a typical peripheral facial nerve palsy with lacunar cerebral infarction was treated.On the basis of symptomatic treatment of Western medicine,doctors used TCM medicine plus acupuncture and physiotherapy,and achieved remarkable effects.Based on the domestic and foreign literature in recent years,this paper summarizes the cause,pathology and treatment methods,introduces the whole treatment process,case characteristics and outcome,and explains the possible adverse reactions during the monitoring treatment,analyses diagnosis and treatment process and treatment mechanism,and the results were good.This case is typical and successful,so as to provide a reference for treatment of peripheral facial nerve palsy,and better promote the rational medication.
