浙江近海船舶碰撞风险分析方法 被引量:1

摘要 为降低船舶碰撞行为的发生概率,基于浙江近海船舶自动识别系统(Automatic Identification System,AIS)数据,提出一种船舶碰撞风险等级分析方法。对浙江附近海域以0.1°间隔做格网划分,将每个格网作为风险等级分析的最小单元。再按月份分别统计2020年浙江附近海域各格网内渔船、商船的航速、航向变化率和船舶分布密度,构建船舶碰撞风险等级模型。最后将渔区信息、航线信息及船舶碰撞风险等级信息绘制在地图中,分析目标区域内的船舶碰撞风险等级。结果显示,2020年各月浙江附近海域船舶碰撞风险分布较为稳定,碰撞风险较高的区域主要集中在外航路航线附近、舟山渔场部分格网及鱼山渔场部分格网内。研究表明,该船舶碰撞风险等级划分方法具有较强的普适性,能够移植到其他海域,为航线的调整与制定提供数据参考。 In order to reduce the probability of ship collision,this paper proposes a method for analyzing the risk level of ship collision based on AIS data in the coastal waters of Zhejiang.The sea area near Zhejiang is divided into grids at intervals of 0.1°,and each grid is regarded as the smallest unit of risk level analysis.Then the paper calculates the speed,heading change rate,and ship distribution density of fishing vessels and merchant ships in each grid in the sea area near Zhejiang on a monthly basis to establish a ship collision risk level model.Finally,the fishing area information,route information and ship collision risk level information are drawn on the map,and the collision risk level of ships in the target area is analyzed.The results show that the distribution of ship collision risk in the offshore waters near Zhejiang in each month of 2020 is relatively stable,and the areas with higher collision risk are mainly concentrated in the vicinity of the outer route,part of the grid of Zhoushan fishing ground,and part of the grid of Yushan fishing ground.Research shows that the classification of ship collision risk proposed in this paper has strong universality,and can be transplanted to other sea areas,reduce the probability of ship collision,and provide data reference for the adjustment and formulation of routes.
