基于集对分析的贵州省城市人居环境承载力研究 被引量:1

Research on the Carrying Capacity of Urban Human Settlements in Guizhou Province Based on Set Pair Analysis

摘要 通过建立社会环境、空间环境、经济环境3个方面的城市人居环境承载力评价指标体系,应用集对分析对贵州省6个地级市和7个县级市在2010~2018期间的人居环境承载力进行了评价。结果表明:贵州省城市人居环境承载力基本呈现出每年逐步上升趋势,城市之间差异逐渐缩减。贵州省大多数城市人居环境承载力协调发展,但稳定性不够,地级市中以贵阳市处于领先地位,县级市中以凯里市处于领先地位,且优势较大,影响贵州省人居环境承载力变化的因子是城市空间和经济发展。为此,提出了建议:铜仁市、毕节市、安顺市、赤水市、福泉市需要政策倾斜,完善公共设施,使其可以步入良性循环的发展道路;六盘水市、合肥市、清镇市、仁怀市、都匀市需要加大公共服务和城市公共绿地投入;贵阳市、凯里市需要充分发挥出中心城市的带动作用,转变成高质量经济发展模式。 By establishing the evaluation index system of urban human settlement carrying capacity in three aspects,namely social environment,spatial environment and economic environment,set pair analysis was applied to evaluate the human settlement carrying capacity of six prefecture level cities and seven county-level cities in Guizhou Province from 2010 to 2018.The results show that:the urban human settlement carrying capacity of Guizhou Province basically presents an increasing trend every year,and the difference between cities gradually reduced;most cities in Guizhou Province have coordinated development of human settlement carrying capacity,but the stability is not enough;Guiyang city is in the leading position among prefecture level cities,and Kaili city is in the leading position among county level cities with a large advantage.Urban space and economic development are the factors that affect the change of human settlement carrying capacity in Guizhou Province.Therefore,the suggestions are as follows:Tongren City,Bijie City,Anshun City,Chishui City,and Fuquan City need to make policies and improve public facilities so that they can step into a virtuous circle of development;Liupanshui City,Zunyi City,Qingzhen City,Renhuai City and Duyun City need to increase investment in public services and urban public green space;Guiyang City and Kaili City need to give full play to the leading role of central cities and transform them into high-quality economic development models.
