摘要
中国信息通信研究院预测,到2025年中国数字经济规模将达到60万亿元,数字经济下与消费最密切的是电子商务,电子商务的消费支付模式对居民消费支出有各种影响。本文基于2013—2020年我国中部六省面板数据,建立中介效应模型和面板固定效应模型,探讨电子商务对我国居民消费水平和消费结构的影响。研究发现:电子商务对提高居民消费便利化、缓解信贷约束作用不显著;电子商务改变了居民的消费结构。据此,本文提出缓解信贷约束,推进文娱产品数字化、平台化,完善电子商务相关政策等建议。
According to the prediction of the China Academy for Information and Communications Technology(CAICT),the scale of China’s digital economy will reach 60 trillion yuan by 2025.The most closely related to consumption in the digital economy is e-commerce.The consumption payment mode of e-commerce has various effects on consumer spending.Based on the panel data of six provinces in central China from 2013 to 2020,this paper establishes a mediating effect model and a panel fixed eff ect model to explore the impact of e-commerce on the consumption level and consumption structure of Chinese residents.The results show that e-commerce has no signifi cant effect on improving household consumption facilitation and alleviating credit constraints;e-commerce has changed the consumption structure of residents.Accordingly,in this article,suggestions are put forward to ease credit constraints,promote the digitization and platformization of entertainment products,and improve e-commerce-related policies.
