摘要
提出一种适用于光伏系统、可扩展倍压单元的高增益耦合电感组合Buck-Boost-Sepic变换器。此变换器是由Buck-Boost变换器与Sepic变换器组合,并将储能电感设计成耦合电感并构成倍压单元。变换器不仅得到了理想的电压增益,而且复用电容与二极管形成了无源钳位支路,将漏感能量吸收,阻止了与开关管寄生电容一起引发的谐振,抑制了开关管电压尖峰,降低了开关管的电压应力。分析了变换器的工作原理,给出了变换器的各项性能参数和扩展倍压单元的变换器一般拓扑结构。最后,变换器理论设计的正确性由一台搭建的200 W实验样机得到了验证。
A Buck-Boost-Sepic converter with high gain coupling inductors is proposed.The converter is a combination of Buck-Boost converter and Sepic converter,the energy storage inductor is designed as a coupling inductor and a voltage doubling unit.The converter not only gets the ideal voltage gain,but also forms a passive clamp branch between the multiplexing capacitor and the diode,which absorbs the leakage energy,prevents the resonance caused by the parasitic capacitance of the switch tube,inhibits the voltage spike of the switch tube,and reduces the voltage stress of the switch tube.The working principle of the converter is analyzed,the performance parameters of the converter and the general topology of the extended voltage doubling unit are given.Finally,the correctness of the theoretical design of the converter was verified by a 200 W experimental prototype.
