摘要
乡村旅游地小微企业利用外部环境学习的方式,成为其破解创业困境的有效路径。文章以村集体经济与共同富裕为发展背景的袁家村为案例地,基于与袁家村小微企业深入访谈的定性资料,采用扎根理论识别创业学习任务、行为及结果的具体维度,并结合创业环境与创业学习的相关研究,探究出村集体经济背景下乡村旅游地小微企业创业环境与创业学习的互动机制。研究发现:创业环境是小微企业展开创业学习行为的外驱力,创业学习任务是刺激创业学习行为的内驱力。在外驱力与内驱力的共同作用下,小微企业积极进行创业学习行为,进而获得创业学习的正向结果。文章有望为乡村旅游地营造良好创业环境,促进乡村居民创业学习,提升创业成功率提供理论与实践指导。
The interaction and mechanism of action between rural tourism entrepreneurial environment and entrepreneurial learning of micro and small enterprises in the context of village collective economy is revealed exploratively.Using grounded theory to identify the specific dimensions of entrepreneurial learning tasks,behaviors and outcomes of micro and small enterprises,the interaction process between rural tourism entrepreneurial environment and micro and small enterprises^entrepreneurial learning in the context of village collective economy is explored by combining social learning theory and related studies on entrepreneurial environment and entrepreneurial learning.It was found that:entrepreneurial environment as an external driver can directly stimulate micro and small enterprises to engage in entrepreneurial learning,and can also indirectly influence entrepreneurial learning behaviors through task internal drivers such as understanding the environment and enhancing competitiveness;entrepreneurial learning behaviors such as experiential learning,exploratory learning,social network learning,elite mentoring learning and outbound learning promote micro and small enterprises to imitate and self-improvement,and imitation and self-improvement will further positively influence micro-innovation of micro-enterprises.
