摘要
为了提高地下室混凝土的防裂抗渗性能,采用具有抗裂、抗渗和保水效果的高分子密实抗裂合材作为混凝土防裂抗渗材料。应用表明,通过高分子密实抗裂合材掺入、混凝土配合比优化、均匀投料、施工过程控制、温度监测与控制以及养护控制,地下室混凝土的抗裂性能得到极大提高,有效减少了混凝土的开裂,实现了混凝土结构自防水。
In order to improve the anti-cracking and anti-seepage performance of basement concrete,polymer dense anti-cracking compound with anti-cracking,anti-seepage and water retention effects was used as anti-cracking and anti-seepage material for concrete.The results showed that the anti-cracking performance of concrete was greatly improved with the incorporation of polymer dense anti-cracking compound,concrete mix proportion optimization,uniform feeding,construction process control,temperature monitoring and control,and curing control,the cracking of concrete was effectively reduced and the self-waterproofing of concrete structure was realized.
