钼尾矿免蒸压砖的制备及性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 以钼尾矿、矿粉为主要原料,消石灰和水玻璃为激发剂,采用振动成型法制备了免蒸压砖,研究了钼尾矿用量、养护温度、激发剂种类及用量等因素对免蒸压砖抗压强度的影响,通过SEM、EDS表征了不同龄期的水化产物,分析了其强度形成机理。结果表明:在钼尾矿-矿粉-石灰体系中,添加水玻璃可以提高石灰常温下的碱激发效果,矿粉中所含的硫酸盐可以加快水化反应,促进水化硅酸钙和水化铝酸钙的形成。免蒸压砖最优配比为:钼尾矿65%、矿粉30%、石灰5%,水玻璃掺量为矿粉质量的0.5%,水灰比0.43,按此制得的免蒸压砖28 d抗压强度为37.8 MPa,符合GB/T 21144—2007《混凝土实心砖》中MU35的要求。 This study using molybdenum tailings,slag powder as the main raw material,hydrated lime and sodium silicate as exciting agent,prepared non-autoclaved bricks with vibration molding method,and this article studies the effect of such factors as molybdenum tailings dosage,curing temperature,types and dosage of exciting agent on the compressive strength of autoclaved brick,characterizes the hydration products of different curing age by SEM and EDS,and analyzes its strength formation mechanism.The results showed that:In the system of molybdenum tailing,mineral powder slag-slaking lime,adding sodium silicate can improve the alkali excited effect of slaking lime at room temperature,and the sulfate contained in mineral powder can accelerate the hydration reaction and promote the formation of calcium silicate hydrate and calcium aluminate hydrate.The optimal ratio of non-autoclaved brick is as follows:65%molybdenum tailings,30%mineral powder,5%lime content,0.5%sodium silicate content of mineral powder and 0.43 water-cement ratio.Under this process condition,the 28 d compressive strength of the non-autoclaved brick is 37.8 MPa,which meets the requirements of MU35 grade in GB/T 21144—2007"Solid concrete bricks".
