摘要
由于模壳墙体存在免支撑连接件热桥影响,依据GB 50176—2016《民用建筑热工设计规范》计算的墙体传热系数与实际测试值相差较大,通过ANSYS Workbench软件稳态传热模拟,分别对不同数量和材质为工程塑料、不锈钢板和镀锌钢板的连接件墙体进行模拟分析,并计算出墙体传热系数。分析表明,不锈钢板的连接件具有较好的热工性能,连接件数量影响系数为1.3~1.6,材质影响系数为1~2,研究结果可为热工设计提供依据。
Due to the influence of the thermal bridge of the support-free connector on the formwork wall,the results of the calculated wall heat transfer coefficient according to GB 50176—2016"Code for Thermal Design of Civil Buildings"were quite different from the actual measured values.In this paper,the steady-state heat transfer simulation was conducted by ANSYS Workbench software.The wall of connecting parts with different quantities of connecting parts of engineering plastic,stainless steel and galvanized steel was simulated and analyzed respectively,and the wall heat transfer coefficient of the wall was calculated.The analysis shows that the connectors made of stainless steel have good thermal performance.The influence coefficient of the number of connectors is between 1.3 and 1.6,and the influence coefficient of the material is between 1 and 2,providing a basis for thermal design.
