摘要 根结线虫病已成为我国蔬菜产业健康可持续发展的瓶颈问题。淡紫紫孢菌是多种植物线虫及病原菌的重要天敌,是极具推广潜力的生防菌。简要介绍了根结线虫的危害,着重阐述了淡紫紫孢菌对根结线虫的致病机制,并对其抵御其他病原菌和虫害、定殖影响因子、发酵工艺等研究进行了综述,最后对淡紫紫孢菌的分子机制、次级代谢产物及核心微生物组等研究提出了展望,以期为破解蔬菜根结线虫防治技术壁垒提供一定的思路。 Root-knot nematode disease has become a bottleneck of the sustainable and healthy development of vegetable industry in China.Purpureocillium lilacinum is an important natural enemy of a variety of plant nematodes and pathogens,and is a biocontrol and functional fungus with great promotion potential.In this paper,the damage of root-knot nematodes was briefly introduced,and the pathogenic mechanism of P.lilacinum on root-knot nematodes was emphatically expounded,the resistance to other pathogens and insect pests,colonization factors and fermentation technology were reviewed.Finally,the molecular mechanism,secondary metabolites and core microflora of P.lilacinum were prospected,so as to provide some ideas for breaking the technical barriers of vegetable root-knot nematode control.
