摘要
麦门冬汤始载于宋代陈无择《三因极一病症方论》的一首运气方,其作用主要是泻火益金培土,适用于“岁火太过”的六戊年(戊戌、戊申、戊寅、戊辰、戊子、戊午)病证的方剂。笔者在运气规律的指导下,运用六经辨证的思维,临床上应用麦冬汤治疗诸多案例,均取得良效。此类患者多病在阳明,属于火热烁金,运用司天麦门冬汤,以清热益阴,抑火救金,培土制水,同时又不能拘泥于何年用方,需具体结合患者所表现出来的证候特点,天人合一的思维始终贯穿治疗的过程。
Maimendong decoction is a prescription in Sanyin Ji Yi Bingzheng Fang Lun of Chen Wuze in Song Dynasty.Its main function is to reducing fire,benefiting gold and cultivating soil,and suitable for the year of fire transport.Under the guidance of the five evolutive phases and six climatic factors and the syndrome differentiation thinking of six meridians,the author has achieved good results in the treatment of many cases.This kind of patient is often ill in Yangming,so we can use the method of reducing fire and benefiting gold to cultivate soil.But it can’t solidify.It needs to combine the specific disease and syndrome of patients,which throughout the thought of the unity of man and nature.
