摘要
目的探讨督灸纠正血瘀体质偏颇及延缓衰老的临床疗效。方法80例血瘀质受试者随机分为督灸组、针刺组。督灸组每10 d督灸1次,共治疗6次。针刺组取穴血海、三阴交、太冲等,每日针刺1次,每次30 min,治疗5 d休息2 d,治疗60 d。比较受试者体质转化分、血清SOD、MDA变化情况。结果督灸组血瘀体质评分较治疗前显著下降(P<0.05);督灸组血清SOD水平较干预前显著升高,MDA水平较干预前显著降低(均P<0.05);且督灸组改善SOD、MDA程度较针刺组更显著(P<0.05)。结论督灸可改善血瘀体质偏颇,通过调整SOD、MDA延缓衰老。
Objective To explore the effects of du-moxibustion in correcting the blood-stasis constitution and anti-aging effect on subjects caused by blood-stasis constitution.Methods Total 80 cases in blood-stasis constitution were randomly divided into du-moxibustionl group and acupuncture group.Subjects in du-moxibustionl group received du-moxibustion once every ten days.Each patient totally received six times of du-moxibustion.Subjects in acupuncture group were received acupuncture treatment for 60 days.Subjects received acupuncture treatment five days and rest two days during one week and each treatment lasts for 30mins.Acupoints are Xuehai(SP10),Sanyinjiao(SP6)and Taichong(LR3).The blood-stasis constitution symptom scores and the levels of SOD and MDA were observed before and after the treatment.Results After treatment,the blood-stasis constitution symptom scores in du-moxibustion group decreased significantly compared with before treatment(P<0.05).Levels of SOD in du-moxibustion group were increased significantly after the treatment and levels of MOD were decreased significantly compared with before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,there was statistical difference in the levels of SOD and MDA between the du-moxibustion group and acupuncture group(P<0.05).Conclusion Du-moxibustion showed obvious effect in correcting the imbalance constitution caused by blood-stasis constitution.Du-moxibustion could enhance the levels of SOD and decrease the MDA level meanwhile.There is obvious anti-aging effect of du-moxibustion on subjects caused by blood-stasis constitution.
