摘要
特发性肺纤维化是一种慢性、进行性、纤维化性间质性肺疾病。本文从肺损络伤探讨特发性肺纤维化发病机制与治疗,认为特发性肺纤维化是以肺络为中心,气、血、津液代谢异常所致肺损络伤合并脾肾脏腑功能失调而发病,治疗上调气以治其本,活血通络、养阴润燥以治其标,重用虫类药搜剔络邪,重视脾肾脏腑功能,以期为特发性肺纤维化的中医诊治提供理论依据及思路方法。
Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis(IPF)is a chronic,progressive and fibrotic interstitial lung disease.This study discussed the pathogenesis and treatment based on the theory of Lung damage and collateral injury,it is believed that IPF is caused by Lung damage and collateral injury combined with dysfunction of Spleen and Kidney due to metabolism disorder of Qi deficiency,blood and body fluid.It is necessary to treat the symptoms by regulating Qi and promoting blood circulation and dredging collaterals,as well as nourishing Yin and moistening dryness,paying attention to the physiological function of Lung,Spleen and Kidney,aiming to provide a way of theoretical basis and thinking for the diagnosis and treatment of IPF.
