摘要
党的二十大报告提出中国式现代化是全体人民共同富裕的现代化。立足于区域发展不平衡的现实国情,提出中国式现代化要以区域现代化为子集,利用区域现代化积累现代化实践经验,经过区域现代化的初级阶段以实现全面现代化。数字经济推动新一轮技术革命和产业变革的时代背景下,要求形成协同推进的区域现代化,形成具有“数字化特征”的区域现代化,要求不断延伸区域产业发展和消费市场外延。推进区域现代化应当推进以构建现代化经济体系为物质基础,以实现人的现代化为根本途径,以政府治理现代化为制度保障,以区域合作共赢为长效机制的实现路径。
The party’s Report to the 20th CPC National Congress advanced that the Chinese path to modernization is the modernization of common prosperity for all people.Based on the actual situation of unbalanced regional development,Chinese path to modernization should take regional modernization as a subset,use regional modernization to accumulate practical experience of modernization go through the primary stage of regional modernization to realize comprehensive modernization.In the Context of digital economy promoting a new round of technological revolution and industrial transformation,required form the Synergistic Promotion of regional modernization,required regional modernization with“digital characteristics”,and required to continuously extend the regional industrial development and the extension of the consumer market.In order to promote regional modernization,we should take the construction of a modern economic system as the material basis,the human modernization as the fundamental approach,the modernization of government governance as the institutional guarantee,and the regional win-win cooperation as the long-term mechanism.
