基于光固化增材制造技术的盲文打印参数设置研究 被引量:1

Research on Braille Printing Parameters Setting Based on Light-Curing Additive Manufacturing Technology

摘要 随着增材制造技术的快速发展,3D打印盲文开始引起人们关注。本研究选用无溶剂混合型光敏树脂,采用光源波长为405nm的UV光固化打印机进行盲文印刷。为获得最佳盲文打印质量,在打印过程中设置不同层高、基本成型时间、单层印刷时间、附着层数以及填充密度5个打印参数,从尺寸精度、耐磨性、耐环境性、粗糙度对打印的盲文质量进行综合评价。采用正交试验法对5个打印参数进行分析,在层高为0.05mm、基本成型时间8s、单层印刷时间65s、附着层5层以及填充密度70%的打印参数下,所打印成型的盲文质量最佳。结果表明采用立体光固化成型技术可以实现凸点盲文打印,并且打印的盲文具有良好的辨识度、防水性、防腐蚀性和耐磨性等特性。 With the rapid development of additive manufacturing technology,3D printed Braille has started to attract attention.In this study,a solvent-free hybrid photosensitive resin was selected and a UV light-curing printer with a light source wavelength of 405nm was used for Braille printing.In order to obtain the best Braille print quality,five printing parameters,namely layer height,basic forming time,single layer printing time,adhesion layer and filling density,were set during the printing process to comprehensively evaluate the quality of the printed Braille in terms of dimensional accuracy,friction resistance,environmental resistance,and roughness.The orthogonal test method was used to analyse the five printing parameters.The best quality of Braille was obtained with a layer height of 0.05mm,a basic forming time of 8s,a single layer printing time of 65s,5 layers of adhesion and a filling density of 70%.The results showed that convex Braille printing can be realized by stereo lithography appearance technology,and the printed Braille has good identification,waterproof,corrosion protection and wear resistance.
