云南林业产业高质量发展路径研究 被引量:8

Research on the High-quality Development Path of Forestry Industry in Yunnan

摘要 基于产业投资、生态建设、科技水平、森林治理、薪资就业等5个维度选择指标并构建林业产业高质量发展水平衡量指标体系,用熵值法对云南2000—2020年林业产业高质量发展综合水平进行分析。结果表明:云南的林业产业高质量发展情况在2000年开始由缓慢低水平增长后进入中高水平较快速增长,测度指数于2017年达到了最大值0.64,在2018—2020年间测度指数下降,林业产业发展不稳定。为推动云南林业产业高质量发展,提出加强国家森林公园发展的核心竞争力建设、规范林业系统薪酬管理及“用绿—增绿—活绿”等对策。 This paper intends to construct an index system for measuring the high-quality development level of the forestry industry from 5 dimensions,including industrial investment,ecological construction,the level of science and technology,forest governance,wages and employment.The entropy value method was used to calculate the comprehensive level of high-quality development of the forestry industry for the relevant data in Yunnan Province from 2000 to 2020.The results showed that the high-quality development of forestry industry in Yunnan began to grow from a slow low level to a medium-high level in 2000,and the measurement index reached the maximum value of 0.64 in 2017.However,the measurement index declined from 2018 to 2020,indicating that the development process of forestry industry was unstable.In order to further promote the high-quality development of the forestry industry in Yunnan Province,countermeasures such as strengthen the core competitiveness of the development of national forest parks,standardized the salary administration of forestry system staff,and′using green-increasing green-living green′are put forward.
