摘要
分析数字经济通过生产、消费、交换、分配等环节影响产业结构合理化和高级化的机制,采集国家产业转型升级示范区所在27个地级市2012到2019年的面板数据,使用全局熵值法构建数字经济发展水平指数,实证检验数字经济对典型工业化城市产业转型升级的水平,以及对其产业转型速度、产业结构高级化、产业结构合理化的影响。利用被解释变量滞后一期作为工具变量解决内生性问题,结果依旧显著。实证结果表明,数字经济能显著推动典型工业化城市的产业转型升级,能够推动产业转型速度提高和产业结构高级化,但在推动产业结构合理化方面并不显著;数字经济对老工业城市的推动作用要高于资源型城市。基于实证结论提出数字经济助推典型工业化城市转型升级的政策建议。
By analyzing the mechanism by which the digital economy affects the rationalization and upgrading of the industrial structure through production, consumption, exchange, distribution, etc., collecting the panel data of 27 prefecture-level cities where the demonstration area is located from 2012 to 2019, and using the global entropy method to construct the development of the digital economy level index, this paper empirically tests the level of digital economy on industrial transformation and upgrading of typical industrialized cities, as well as its impact on the speed of industrial transformation, advanced industrial structure, and rationalized industrial structure. Using the explained variable lagged one period as an instrumental variable to solve the endogeneity problem, the result is still significant. The empirical results show that the digital economy can significantly promote the industrial transformation and upgrading of typical industrialized cities, and can promote the speed of industrial transformation and the upgrading of industrial structure, but it is not significant in promoting the rationalization of industrial structure;the role of the digital economy in promoting old industrial cities is higher than that in resource-based cities. Based on the empirical conclusions, this paper proposes policy recommendations for digital economy to boost the transformation and upgrading of typical industrialized cities.
