入口涡结构对文丘里流量计测量虚高影响

The effect of inlet vortex on Venturi flowmeter inflated measurement

摘要 文丘里流量计作为核电厂二回路主给水系统(ARE)的流量监测设备,对给水流量的准确测量至关重要。在ARE系统大小阀切换期间,文丘里流量测量值可能存在波动和虚高现象,影响反应堆正常运行。该文基于计算流体力学方法,对简化的管路结构和实际的安装误差进行建模,分析了文丘里管入口涡因素对流量虚高的影响。结果表明入口涡旋会在文丘里管喉部增速导致测量差压增加,而ARE大小阀切换期间,支管处的周向速度分布会放大该效应;另外,当主管阀门开度逐渐增加时,能抑制支管射流引致的单体涡强度,降低流量测量虚高误差。 As a flow monitoring device for the second-loop main feedwater system(ARE)of a nuclear power plant,the Venturi flowmeter is critical to the accurate measurement of feedwater flow.During the switching of large and small valves in the ARE system,the Venturi flow measurement value may have fluctuation and false high phenomenon,which affects the normal operation of the reactor.This paper analyzes the effect of Venturi inlet vortex on false high of flow measurement based on computational fluid dynamics method for simplified structure and installation geometry.The results show that the inlet vortex increases the velocity at the Venturi throat leading to an increase in the measured differential pressure,and that the circumferential velocity distribution at the branch pipe during ARE valve switching amplifies this effect.In addition,when the main valve opening is gradually increased,it can suppress the intensity of the single vortex caused by the branch jet and reduce the false high of flow measurement.
