摘要
原油储罐中油泥的存在不仅会减小储罐的有效容积,影响低液位时液位计测量的准确性,还会加重储罐底板的腐蚀、影响浮盘低液位运行安全性,油泥在线检测成为指导储罐安全运行的重要环节。收集整理了国内外现有油泥检测技术,对比了各检测技术的差异、特点、适用性。通过分析热成像、多波束声呐等技术的特征,提出声呐技术将成为储罐油泥在线检测发展趋势,并指出技术攻关方向。
The presence of oil sludge in crude oil storage tanks will not only reduce the effective volume of the tank,affect the accuracy of the level gauge measurement at low level,but also aggravate the corrosion of the tank bottom plate,and affect the safety of the low level operation of the floating plate.The on-line detection of oil sludge has become an important link to guide the safe operation of the tank.In this paper,the existing oil sludge detection technologies at home and abroad were collected and sorted out,the differences,characteristics and applicability of each detection technology were compared.By analyzing the characteristics of thermal imaging,multi-beam sonar and other technologies,it was proposed that sonar technology would become the development trend of online detection of oil sludge in storage tanks,and the direction of technical research was pointed out.
