摘要
目的:观察补肾活血周期疗法联合耳穴贴压治疗月经过少的临床疗效。方法:80例随机分为观察组40例和对照组40例。观察组用耳穴贴压与中药补肾活血周期疗法联合治疗,对照组仅用中药补肾活血周期疗法治疗。结果:治疗后两组月经量评分均上升,且观察组更高(P<0.05)。观察组临床症状评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:补肾活血周期疗法联合耳穴贴压治疗月经过少疗效较好。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of kidney invigorating and blood activating periodic therapy combined with auricular point sticking in the treatment of hypomenorrhea. Methods: Eighty cases were randomly divided into observation group( 40 cases) and control group( 40 cases). The observation group were treated with auricular point sticking combined with Chinese medicine kidney invigorating and blood activating periodic therapy, while the control group were only treated with Chinese medicine kidney invigorating and blood activating periodic therapy. Results: After treatment, the menstrual volume scores of the two groups increased, and the observation group was higher(P<0.05). The clinical symptom scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion : The kidney invigorating and blood activating periodic therapy combined with auricular point sticking is effective in the treatment of hypomenorrhea.
