摘要
目的:分析中药配方颗粒在FS医院中的应用情况。方法:统计2020年1月到2021年12月某FS医院使用中药配方颗粒的情况,并对其进行分析。结果:中药配方颗粒的销售量、销售额、处方数等在2020年到2021年均有显著提升,以补气、健脾、利水等功效为主药物的销售量、销售额均在前列。相较于2020年的销售总量,2021年提高约21.7%,销售总额提高了约23%,处方数增加了约21%。其中补气药、利水消肿药、补血药的使用量较高,分别占38%、15%、14%,年销量排名前三的品种为茯苓、黄芪、党参。结论:中药配方颗粒作为中药饮片的加工产物,在临床应用中占据着不可替代的地位;相关国家试点工作结束后,中药配方颗粒正以稳健的步伐逐渐占据市场,其相关标准也在逐步完善中,预计其市场将迎来大规模放量;对中医院中药配方颗粒应用情况进行实时监测分析,有利于预测和寻找未来发展的发力点。
Objective:To analyze the application of Chinese herbal formula granules in FS hospital.Methods:The use of TCM formula granules in a FS hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 was analyzed.Results:The sales volume,sales volume and prescription number of TCM formula granules increased significantly from 2020 to 2021,and the sales volume and sales volume of drugs with functions of invigorating qi,invigorating spleen and improving water were in the forefront.Compared to the total sales volume in 2020,the total sales volume increased by about 21.7%in 2021,the total sales volume increased by about 23%,and the number of prescriptions increased by about 21%.Among them,the use of qi tonifying drug,water swelling drug and blood tonifying drug was higher,accounting for 38%,15%and 14%respectively.The top three varieties in annual sales volume were poria,Astragalus and Codonopsis codonopsis.Conclusion:As the processed product of TCM decoction pieces,TCM formula granules occupy an irreplaceable position in clinical application.After the pilot work in relevant countries,TCM formula particles are gradually occupying the market at a steady pace,and its related standards are gradually improving.It is expected that the market will usher in a large volume;Real-time monitoring and analysis of the application of TCM formula granules in traditional Chinese medicine hospitals is beneficial to predict and find the power point of future development.
