中央索面斜拉桥钢箱梁安装横向变形控制研究 被引量:3

摘要 为了对中央索面斜拉桥在安装过程中的横向变形规律和相应控制技术进行研究,以沪武高速罗埠河大桥为依托,利用有限元模型对钢箱梁在悬臂吊装过程中环缝两侧箱梁节段的变形规律进行了分析,研究了桥面吊机横向位置变化对环缝两侧错台的影响以及采用局部反力装置纠正错台的调整效果。研究结果表明:桥机吊机支点的横向位置对环缝两侧钢箱梁节段错台影响显著,在桥机设计时应将其支点尽量布置在拉索附近,使得环缝两侧箱梁吊装过程中的竖向变形规律基本一致;将吊机支点横向间距控制在8 m范围内,两侧相对变形控制在1.2 mm以内,可满足横向变形差控制的要求;采用反力装置进行局部纠偏只能应用在腹板以外区域,腹板两侧0.5 m以内无明显效果;通过优化桥面吊机横向站位配合局部纠偏的控制措施可作为中央索面斜拉桥横向变形控制的重要方法之一。 In order to study the transverse deformation law and control method of the steel beam of the central cable plane wide cable-stayed bridge during installation, Luobu-river bridge is taken as an example. The deformation law of steel beam segment of bridge crane on the cross section are studied by finite element model. The influence of the transverse position of the bridge deck crane on staggering at both sides of circumferential seam and the adjustment effect of correction stagger by local reaction device are studied. The research shows that the transverse position of the crane fulcrum of the bridge crane has a significant impact on the stagger of the steel beam segments on both sides of the circumferential joint. The fulcrum of the bridge crane should be arranged near the cable as much as possible during the design of the bridge crane so that the vertical deformation laws of the box girders are basically the same during the hoisting process. The relative deformation of both sides can be controlled within 1.2 mm when the transverse spacing of the bridge erectors is controlled within 8 m, which can meet the requirements of controlling the transverse deformation difference;The reaction device can only be used for local correction outside the web. There is no obvious effect within 0.5 m on both sides of the web. It is one of the important methods to control the lateral deformation of the central cable plane cable-stayed bridge by optimizing the lateral position of the crane on the bridge deck and coordinating with the local rectification measures.
