磨矿工序作为选矿生产中的关键环节,磨矿产品粒度直接影响选矿指标。合理、科学地控制磨矿产品粒度是有效降低选矿成本、提高经济效益的关键手段。从钢球配比、磨矿介质、添加助磨剂、模型和算法等方面总结了磨矿产品粒度优化方法,并分析了各方法的优化效果,为选矿厂磨矿工艺优化改造提供参考。
The grinding procedure plays a key role in ore-dressing operations.The grinding product grain size directly impacts ore-dressing indexes.Reasonable and scientific control of grinding product grain size is a key solution to an effective decrease of ore-dressing cost and improvement of economic benefits.The paper summarizes the grinding product grain size optimization processes in terms of steel ball proportion, grinding media, grinding auxiliary reagent addition, model, and algorithm, and analyzes the optimization performance of each method, providing references for grinding process renovation and optimization of ore-dressing plants.
