摘要
[目的/意义]基于我国后人口转变期老龄化、少子化的现实,三孩政策及配套设施的实施受到高度重视,进一步挖掘三孩话题语义、掌握民意对政府决策和舆情防控具有积极意义。[方法/过程]基于传播社会学视角构建政策话题多属性语义分析模型,采用社会网络分析、改进的语义分析、LDA主题模型等方法,从话题、结构和内容多属性挖掘三孩话题语义。[结果/结论]属性之间存在共通性、渐进性,政府和公众主导话题,依据社区分布解构话题为社会、国家、女性、青年四个方面,综合内容分析结果来看,消极和中性情绪在女性和青年角度尤为明显:女性尚存在生育风险、工作与家庭失衡、职场歧视等问题;青年一代面临赡养老人、就业内卷和娱乐至死的压力常态化现状。建议从社会舆论治理、国家政策支持、女性待遇提升、青年解压等方面激发三胎生育潜力。
[Purpose/significance] Based on the reality of aging and fewer children in the post-population transition period in China,the implementation of the three-child policy and supporting facilities has been highly valued. It is of positive significance to further explore the three-child topic semantic meaning and grasp the public opinion for the government decision-making and the prevention and control of public opinion. [Method/process] Based on the perspective of communication sociology,a multi-attribute semantic analysis model of policy topic is constructed,and the methods of social network analysis,improved semantic analysis,LDA topic model are used to mine the semantics of three-child topic from the aspects of topic,structure and content. [Result/conclusion] It exists universality and gradualism among attributes. The government and the public dominate the topic. According to the community distribution,the topic is deconstructed into four aspects: society,country,women and youth. The results of comprehensive content analysis show that negative and neutral emotions are particularly obvious from the perspective of women and young people: women still have problems including birth risk,work-family imbalance and workplace discrimination. The pressure on the young generation to support the elderly,find jobs and entertain themselves to death has become normalized. It is suggested to stimulate the potential of three-child birth from the aspects of public opinion governance,national policy support,promotion of female treatment,and decompression of young people.
