摘要
目前,我国高职院校行政管理工作存在诸多问题,尤其是行政管理在高职教育中的作用日渐低下,严重制约了高职院校的发展与提高。针对目前高职院校在行政工作中存在的问题,提出高职院校行政管理工作改革的新思路:加强管理人员队伍建设,加强体制机制建设,完善规章制度,重视办公室行政管理工作。
There are still many problems in the administrative work of higher vocational colleges,which seriously restrict the development.In view of the problems in the administrative work of higher vocational colleges,this paper puts forward new ideas for the reform of the administrative work:strengthening the development of the administrative staff,enhancing the construction of the system and mechanism,perfecting the rules and regulations,and attaching importance to the administrative work of the office.
