摘要
深化改革背景下,随着中国篮协一系列卓有成效的改革措施,中国篮球取得了巨大变化。基于此,本文从管理体制、竞技篮球、篮球文化、篮球产业和篮球人才培养五个改革方面对其变化进行分析,总结中国篮球的改革成效。研究同时发现伴随改革推进,也暴露出了一些问题,如:缺乏明确法律支撑、竞技大赛的成绩不佳、篮球文化的认同感不足、新冠肺炎疫情突发情况等问题,对篮球运动带来一定的影响,篮球人才培养难以满足发展需要。基于我国篮球运动的发展现状,本文提出了改进对策建议:①健全法律体系,确定职能范围;②注重竞技体育发展,加强改革设计;③创新篮球文化传播形式,增强社会认同;④满足篮球产业发展需要,优化旧有体制;⑤强化竞技体育人才培养工作,拓宽选拔通道等。
Under the background of deepening reforms,Chinese Basketball Association has put forward a series of effective measures to make great changes in the development of Chinese basketball.Based on this,the changes in the five aspects of management system reform,competitive basketball reform,basketball culture reform,basketball industry reform and basketball talent training are analyzed,and the effectiveness of China’s basketball reform is summarized.However,the study found that with the advancement of reform,some problems such as lack of clear legal support,poor results in competitive competitions,lack of identity in basketball culture,the impact of unexpected situations such as covid-19 epidemic on the basketball industry,and the difficulty of basketball talent training to meet development needs have been exposed.Combined with the current development status of basketball in China,the following suggestions have been put forward:(a)Improve the legal system and determine the scope of functions;(b)Pay attention to the development of competitive sports and strengthen the reform and design;(c)Innovate the form of basketball culture transmission and enhance social identity;(d)Meet the needs of basketball industry development and optimize the old system;(e)Strengthen the training of competitive sports talents and broaden the selection channels.
