摘要
基于冰雪运动装备制造场景、大型冰雪场馆运营场景和冰雪装备质量安全行业监管场景,本文讨论了冰雪运动装备检验检测公共技术服务平台在冰刀鞋和滑雪板生产企业、滑雪场所、冰雪运动协会以及体育行政管理部门的示范应用情况。在以D&M模型对冰雪运动装备检验检测公共技术服务平台进行应用评价和分析的基础上,指出了平台的优缺点和D&M模型的适用性,旨在为本平台优化和我国体育行业构建其他服务平台或信息系统提供借鉴。
Based on the ice and snow sports equipment manufacturing scenario,large-scale ice and snow sports venues operation scenario and ice and snow equipment quality and safety industry supervision scenario,this paper discusses the demonstration application of the public technology service platform for ice and snow sports equipment inspection and testing in ice skates and snowboard manufacturers,skiing venues,ice and snow sports associations and sports administrative departments.Based on the application evaluation and analysis of the platform by using the D&M model,this paper points out the advantages and disadvantages of the platform and the applicability of the D&M model,aiming to provide reference for the optimization of this platform and the construction of other service platforms or information systems in the sports field in China.
