摘要
受新冠肺炎疫情影响,传统体育课的线下实体教学方式受到前所未有之挑战,线上线下混合式教学模式已逐步成为体育教学新常态。针对“疫后新常态”和“互联网+”时代的双重背景和大学生身体素质下滑的现实问题,本文以某高校省级精品培育项目《健康体适能》课程为例,在“立德树人”的根本任务和“健康第一”的教育理念指导下,综合线上教学与线下教学优势,结合该课程“以体育德、以体益智、以体强体、以体健美、以体促劳”的培养目标,探索疫后高校《健康体适能》课程线上线下混合教学模式的教学设计,并在体适能实践教学中提出有效实施策略,以期为疫后高校相关体育课程的建设工作提供借鉴,助力高校体育教学信息化实现新发展。
Affected by the COVID-19 epidemic,the traditional offline physical teaching mode of physical education class has been given unprecedented challenges,and the blended online and offline teaching mode has gradually become the new normal of physical education teaching.Based on the dual background of the“post-epidemic new normal”and the“Internet+”era and the practical problems of the declining physical quality of college students,this paper takes the course of“Health-related Physical Fitness”as an example,under the guidance of the fundamental task of“cultivating people by virtue”and the educational concept of“health first”,blending online teaching and offline teaching advantages,and exploring the teaching design of online and offline mixed teaching mode of“Health-related Physical Fitness”course in universities after the epidemic.It puts forward the effective implementation strategy in the physical fitness and practical teaching,in order to provide some reference for the construction of relevant physical education courses in colleges and universities after the epidemic,and promote the development of physical education teaching information in colleges and universities.
