摘要
通过文献调研法、网络调研法、内容分析法和对比分析法,对国内外高校专业志愿服务情况进行调研分析,探索医学院校图书馆开展专业志愿服务的路径和方法。基于马斯洛需求层次理论,从服务者和被服务者视角对医学院校图书馆开展专业志愿服务进行需求分析,引入“用户需求Y模型”,构建医学院校图书馆专业志愿服务工作机制,建立科学招募、分级培训、全面保障、多样刺激、定责监管的服务格局,为医学院校图书馆更有效地开展专业志愿服务提供借鉴和参考。
The pro bono services of domestic and foreign universities were investigated using the methods of literature research and web research,content analysis and comparative analysis to mine development differences,so as to explore the ways and methods of pro bono services in medical academic libraries.The needs for pro bono services in medical academic libraries were analyzed from the viewpoints of the service provider and the served based on the Maslow′s Hierarchy of Needs,and the operating mechanism of pro bono services in medical academic libraries was established introducing"User Requirement Y Model".A service pattern of scientific recruitment,graded training,comprehensive coverage,diversified stimulation,and supervision of responsibility was established,providing reference for medical academic libraries to carry out pro bono services more effectively.
