摘要
高校教育基金会的社会组织评估工作因受高校自身特殊的管理体制和运作方式影响,存在着主观层面重视程度不够、客观方面细化程度不够等较突出问题。从社会组织评估视角入手,通过重点对比分析2010年出台的《社会组织评估管理办法》和2021年制定的《全国性社会组织评估管理规定》,为高校教育基金会的发展提供路径启示。高校教育基金会应当与时俱进,积极发挥自身优势,在管理上更加务实细致,并做好常态化监督工作。
Influenced by the special management system and operation mode of colleges and universities, the social organization evaluation of college education foundation has some prominent problems, such as insufficient attention on the subjective level and insufficient refinement on the objective level. By focusing on the comparative analysis of the Administrative Measures for the Evaluation of Social Organizations issued in 2010 and the Administrative Provisions for the Evaluation of National Social Organizations formulated in 2021, from the perspective of the evaluation of social organizations, this paper proposes to take relevant rules and regulations as the starting point,strengthen management and supervision and other work, and provide path enlightenment for the development of university education foundations.
