摘要
随着地理空间信息获取技术和计算机技术的高水平发展,三维地理信息系统成为新一代地理空间信息的技术系统。其功能丰富并受到更多行业的关注。近年来,在全国开展的统一不动产登记管理工作中,根据新实施的不动产登记管理条例的明确要求,各地不动产登记管理机构积极将新一代空间信息技术与不动产登记管理进行深度融合,三维地理信息系统便成为首选,从而构建三维不动产登记管理基础信息平台,有效推进不动产登记管理工作质量及服务水平的提升。为此,相关技术人员对目前三维地理信息系统在不动产登记管理应用中去尝试深入分析具有重要的现实意义。
With the high-level development of geospatial information acquisition technology and computer technology, three-dimensional geographic information system(3D GIS) has become a new generation of geospatial information technology system. Its rich functions have attracted more and more attention. In recent years, in the unified real estate registration and management work carried out throughout the country, according to the clear requirements of the newly implemented regulations on real estate registration and management, real estate registration and management institutions in all parts of the country actively integrate the new generation of spatial information technology with real estate registration and management in depth, and three-dimensional geographic information system has become the first choice, so as to build a three-dimensional basic information platform for real estate registration and management, and effectively promote the improvement of the quality and service level of real estate registration management. Therefore, it is of great practical significance for relevant technicians to try to analyze the application of3D GIS in real estate registration management.
