摘要
承压类特种设备在国民经济和社会发展过程中具有举足轻重的作用,然而其危险性较高,一旦发生安全事故,后果不堪设想,因此保障承压类特种设备的安全运行至关重要。无损检测技术作为保障特种设备安全运行的重要手段,其发展水平直接关系到承压类特种设备检验检测结果的可靠性,进而关乎经济发展和社会稳定的大局。为此,该文概述承压类特种设备检验检测中各种无损检测技术相关工作原理、适用范围及应用特点,并对我国无损检测事业的发展提出相关建议,希望能够助力我国特种设备检验检测事业的高质量发展。
Pressure-bearingspecial equipment plays an important role in the process of national economic and social development, but its danger is high, once a safety accident occurs, the consequences are unimaginable, so it is very important to ensure the safety operation of pressure-bearing special equipment. Non-destructive testing technology is an important means to ensure the safety operation of special equipment;its development level is directly related to the reliability of testing results of pressure-bearing special equipment, and then related to the overall situation of economic development and social stability.Therefore, this paper summarizes the working principle, scope of application and application characteristics of various non-destructive testing technologies in the inspection and testing of pressure-bearing special equipment, and puts forward relevant suggestions for the development of non-destructive testing in our country, in the hope thatthis study can contribute to the highquality development of the inspection and testing of special equipment in our country.
