摘要
目的了解某医院2021年度住院患者抗肿瘤药应用情况,结合医院实际情况对其进行分析评价,为临床合理用药和预防不良反应发生提供参考。方法随机抽取2021年使用抗肿瘤药物的1934例住院患者,参考药品说明书、《抗肿瘤药物临床应用管理办法》,对抗肿瘤药物使用情况进行分析评价。结果1934例肿瘤患者中肿瘤高发部位为呼吸系统和消化系统;该医院抗肿瘤药物使用频率最高的是化学治疗药物;住院患者限制使用级抗肿瘤药物的使用率为25.80%,普通使用级抗肿瘤药物使用率为74.20%;不合理医嘱占比18.67%,不合理情况主要为给药剂量不合理、配伍不合理;2021年度抗肿瘤药物导致的不良反应共70例。结论该医院住院患者抗肿瘤药物应用不甚合理,需进一步规范抗肿瘤药物的临床使用,保证用药准确性,提高用药合理性。针对不良反应及时进行护理干预对化疗患者预后极其重要。
Objective To find out about the usage of anti-tumor drugs among inpatients in a hospital in 2021 in order to provide reference for clinical rational use of drugs and for prevention of adverse reactions.Methods A total of 1934 inpatients using anti-tumor drugs in 2021 were randomly selected,and the usage of anti-tumor drugs was statistically analyzed according to drug instructions and Management Measures for Clinical Application of Anti-tumor Drugs.Results Among the 1934 tumor patients,the ratio of males to females was 1.12∶1.Most of the tumors involved the respiratory system and digestive system.Chemotherapy drugs were the most frequently used anti-tumor drugs.In these inpatients,the percentage of restricted anti-tumor drugs was 25.80%,and that of commonly-used antitumor drugs was 74.20%.The percentage of imperfect instructions by doctors was 18.67%,involving improper dosage and incompatibility.There were 70 cases of ADRs induced by antitumor drugs in 2021.Conclusion The clinical use of anti-tumor drugs should be standardized in our hospital to ensure the accuracy and rationality of drug use.Prompt nursing interventions in ADRs is critical to the prognosis of chemotherapy patients.
