摘要
集装箱岸桥整机运输可降低设备制造周期和就位调试时间,但部分安装码头由于承载、标高等原因,无法直接滚卸上岸安装,需要在安装码头附近合适码头进行滚卸后,经过远距离运输就位至安装码头。利用自行式液压平板车(SPMT)运输和升降运输功能,进行集装箱岸桥整机运输安装就位工艺的成功实施,为其他港口起重机整机运输就位提供参考。
The paper described the successful implementation of the transportation and installation scheme of the container quay crane by way of SPMT(self-propelled modular trailer) transportation and lifting transportation, which provided reference for the transportation and installation of quay cranes at other ports.
