摘要
在我国经济转入高质量发展和世界能源危机背景下,新街台格庙矿区整装开发进入了实质性规划设计阶段,本文深刻分析了台格庙矿区高质量开发的重要意义及其发展内涵,提出了台格庙“1个目标、4大定位、8大任务、6大举措”的高质量开发思路。针对矿区高质量发展“创新、智能、高效、绿色、幸福”的理念,从开发布局、智安矿区、零碳矿区、绿色矿区、幸福矿区、协同创新平台、集群矿区管理模式、保障措施等方面全方位探讨了台格庙矿区引领世界一流高质量发展的路径。
Under the background of high quality development of Chinese economy and the world energy crisis, the integrated development of the new street Taigemiao mining area has entered the substantive planning and design stage. The significance and development connotation of the high quality development of the Taigemiao mining area are analyzed deeply, and the high quality development thought of "1 objective, 4 positioning, 8 tasks and 6 measures" is put forward. Aiming at the concept of "innovation,intelligence, efficiency, green and happiness" for the high-quality development of the mining area, the paper discusses the path of leading the world-class high-quality development of Taigemiao Mining area from the aspects of development layout, Intelligent safe mining area, zero carbon mining area, green mining area, happy mining area, collaborative innovation platform, management mode of cluster mining area and safeguard measures.
