摘要
超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)纤维具有优异的耐化学腐蚀性能,应用领域较多,因此,其耐酸碱性能的正确表征和评价尤为重要。文章设计了一套能保证UHMWPE纤维不会受到其他因素导致的强力损伤以及具有稳定的酸碱处理环境、酸碱处理条件的UHMWPE纤维酸碱处理装置,分析了浓度、温度、时间等酸碱处理影响因素,设置出行之有效的参数,得出一套可行的试验方案,建立了一种适用于UHMWPE纤维的耐酸碱性能测试方法和评价体系,为国产UHMWPE纤维检测标准化体系的建设提供参考。
Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene(UHMWPE) fiber has excellent chemical corrosion resistance and many application fields. Therefore, the correct characterization and evaluation of acid and alkali resistance of UHMWPE fiber is particularly important. This paper designs a set of UHMWPE fiber acid and alkali treatment unit that can ensure that UHMWPE fiber will not strongly damage caused by other factors and has stable acid and alkali treatment environment and treatment conditions,analyzes the concentration, temperature, time and other factors affecting the acid and alkali treatment, sets effective parameters,and obtains a set of feasible test plans, establishes a test method and evaluation system applicable to the acid and alkali resistance of UHMWPE fiber, and provides reference for the construction of the domestic UHMWPE fiber test standardization system.
