摘要
随着近年来国内锂电池生产行业的迅猛发展,N-甲基吡咯烷酮作为锂电池生产过程中使用的溶剂,其回收液的产生量也迅速增加。目前国内各地对于NMP回收液的定性仍然存在差异,因此NMP回收液的管理也成为许多企业面临的共同难题。以某锂离子电池生产企业产生的NMP回收液为例,根据其产生工艺、原辅料组成及国家危险废物鉴别相关标准对NMP回收液进行危废鉴别,明确NMP回收液的固废属性,并提出相关建议和要求,对同类项目具有较好的借鉴意义。
With the rapid development of the domestic lithium battery production industry in recent years,the recycled liquid production of N-methylpyrrolidone as a solvent used in the lithium battery production process has also increased rapidly.At present,there are still differences in the property of NMP recycled liquid in various parts of the country,so the management of NMP recycled liquid has also become a common problem faced by many manufacturers.Taking the NMP recycled liquid of a lithium-ion battery manufacturer as an example,the hazardous waste identification is carried out according to the production process analysis,the composition of raw and auxiliary materials and the national hazardous waste identification standards.The purpose is to clarify the properties of NMP recycled liquid,and to put forward corresponding management requirements and suggestions,which also have certain reference significance for similar projects.
