丁酸梭菌和枯草芽孢杆菌配伍对肉鸡生长性能、血清生化指标及盲肠微生物区系的影响 被引量:17

Effects of Compatibility of Clostridium butyricum and Bacillus subtilis on Growth Performance,Serum Biochemical Indices and Cecal Microflora of Broilers

摘要 本试验旨在研究丁酸梭菌和枯草芽孢杆菌配伍对肉鸡生长性能、血清生化指标及盲肠微生物区系的影响。试验选用1日龄罗斯308肉鸡600只,随机分为2组,每组6个重复,每个重复50只鸡。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组饲喂在基础饲粮中同时添加2×108CFU/kg丁酸梭菌和1×109CFU/kg枯草芽孢杆菌的试验饲粮,试验期为42 d。结果表明:1)与对照组相比,饲粮中同时添加丁酸梭菌和枯草芽孢杆菌显著提高了42日龄肉鸡的平均日采食量和平均日增重(P<0.05),显著降低了42日龄肉鸡的料重比(P<0.05)。2)与对照组相比,丁酸梭菌和枯草芽孢杆菌配伍组42日龄肉鸡肝脏中的甘油三酯含量显著降低(P<0.05)。3)与对照组相比,饲粮中同时添加丁酸梭菌和枯草芽孢杆菌在门水平上显著提高了42日龄肉鸡盲肠中的厚壁菌门(Firmicutes)和放线菌门(Actinobacteriota)的相对丰度(P<0.05),降低了42日龄肉鸡盲肠中的拟杆菌门(Bacteroidetes)、弯曲杆菌门(Campilobacterota)、脱硫菌门(Desulfobacterota)和蓝藻门(Cyanobacteria)的相对丰度(P<0.05);在属水平上显著提高了42日龄肉鸡盲肠中的双歧杆菌属(Bifidobacterium)和产粪甾醇真细菌群(Eubacterium_coprostanoligenes_group)的相对丰度(P<0.05),降低了42日龄肉鸡盲肠中的螺杆菌属(Helicobacter)和副拟杆菌属(Parabacteroides)的相对丰度(P<0.05);且厚壁菌门、放线菌门、CHKCI001、双歧杆菌属、产粪甾醇真细菌群的相对丰富与肉鸡的生长性能呈正相关关系(P<0.05),拟杆菌门、弯曲杆菌门、脱硫菌门、蓝藻门、拟杆菌属、螺杆菌属、副拟杆菌属的相对丰度与肉鸡的生长性能呈负相关关系(P<0.05)。由此可见,丁酸梭菌和枯草芽孢杆菌配伍具有改变42日龄肉鸡盲肠微生物区系,提高42日龄肉鸡生长性能的作用。 To investigate the effects of compatibility of Clostridium butyricum and Bacillus subtilis on growth performance,serum biochemical indices and cecal microflora of broilers,six hundred 1-day-old Ross 308 broiler chicks were randomly allocated into 2 groups with 6 replicates of 50 broilers per replicate in a completely randomized design.Birds in the control group were fed a basal diet,and those in the test group were fed the basal diet supplemented with 2×10~8 CFU/kg of C.butyricum and 1×10~9 CFU/kg of B.subtilis.The experiment lasted for 42 days.Results showed as follows:1)compared with the control group,the supplementation of C.butyricum and B.subtilis significantly increased the average daily feed intake(ADFI)and average daily gain(ADG)of broilers at 42 days of age(P<0.05),and decreased the feed/gain(F/G)of broilers at 42 days of age(P<0.05).2)Compared with the control group,the triglyceride(TG)content in the liver of broilers at 42 days of age in compatibilty of C.butyricum and B.subtilis group decreased significantly(P<0.05).3)Compared with the control group,the supplementation of C.butyricum and B.subtilis significantly increased the relative abundance of Firmicutes and Actinobacteriota in the cecum of broilers at 42 days of age(P<0.05),and decreased the relative abundance of Bacteroidetes,Campilobacterota,Desulfobacterota and Cyanobacteria in the cecum of broilers at 42 days of age at phylum level(P<0.05).The supplementation of C.butyricum and B.subtilis significantly increased the relative abundance of Bifidobacterium and Eubacterium_coprostanoligenes_group in the cecum of broilers at 42 days of age(P<0.05),and decreased the relative abundance of Helicobacter and Parabacteroides in the cecum of broilers at 42 days of age at genus level(P<0.05).The relative abundance of Firmicutes,Actinobacteriota,CHKCI001,Bifidobacterium,Eubacterium_coprostanoligenes_group was positively correlated with the growth performance(P<0.05)and the relative abundance of Bacteroidetes,Campilobacterota,Desulfobacterota,Cyanobacteria,Bacteroides,Helicobacter,Parabacteroides was negatively correlated with the growth performance of broilers(P<0.05).In conclusion,dietary supplementation with C.butyricum and B.subtilis can change the cecal microflora and improve the growth performance of broilers at 42 days of age.
