摘要
临床检验主要是对血液、体液、分泌物等进行检验,在疾病的预防、诊断和治疗中发挥着重要的作用。通过检验结果可了解疾病发展状况,从而给予针对性的治疗,以获得良好的治疗效果。但是检验结果受多种因素影响,例如标本采集质量不符合标准等,从而影响检验结果的准确性和临床价值。临床检验标本的采集流程包括采集前、采集中、采集后三个重要阶段,每个阶段采集质量对后续治疗均发挥着决定性的作用。本文以下对临床检验标本采集影响因素进行综述,并针对性提出解决对策,从而有效确保临床检验标本采集质量,进一步为临床疾病的诊断和治疗提供可靠的参考依据。
Clinical examination mainly tests blood, body fluids, secretions, etc., and plays an important role in the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of diseases. Through the test results, we can understand the development of the disease, so as to give targeted treatment to obtain good therapeutic effect. However, the test results are affected by many factors, such as the quality of specimen collection does not meet the standards, thus affecting the accuracy and clinical value of the test results. The collection process of clinical test specimens includes three important stages : before collection,during collection, and after collection. The quality of each stage plays a decisive role in subsequent treatment. In this paper, the influencing factors of clinical test specimen collection are reviewed, and the countermeasures are put forward, so as to effectively ensure the quality of clinical test specimen collection, and further provide a reliable reference for the diagnosis and treatment of clinical diseases.
