摘要
骨关节炎(OA)是世界范围内疼痛、残疾和社会经济成本的主要来源,目前以抑制炎症反应为靶向治疗OA已然成为了新的研究热点。Toll样受体(TLRs)信号通路可激活产生相关促炎细胞因子或趋化因子,在OA治疗中具有一定调控作用。本文现对TLRs信号通路介导下相关因子对OA的作用进行综述,旨在为OA的治疗提供一定的参考和依据。
Osteoarthritis(OA) is the main source of pain, disability and socio-economic costs worldwide. At present, the targeted treatment of OA by inhibiting inflammatory response has become a new research hotspot. Toll-like receptor(TLRs) signaling pathway can activate the production of related pro-inflammatory cytokines or chemokines, which has a certain regulatory role in the treatment of OA. This article reviews the effects of related factors on OA mediated by TLRs signaling pathway, aiming to provide some reference and basis for the treatment of OA.
