摘要
目的 研究优质护理联合静脉自控镇痛泵对剖宫产术后疼痛及泌乳功能的影响。方法 选取2020年2月-2021年2月我院行剖宫产的62例产妇为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各31例。两组均给予静脉自控镇痛泵,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予优质护理,比较两组术后不同时间段疼痛评分、泌乳初始时间、泌乳量评分、泌乳有效率、并发症发生率以及护理满意度。结果 观察组术后48 h疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05),而观察组术后24 h疼痛评分与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组泌乳初始时间均小于对照组,泌乳量评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组泌乳有效率为90.32%,高于对照组的83.87%(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为9.68%,低于对照组的22.58%(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为96.77%,高于对照组的83.87%(P<0.05)。结论 优质护理联合静脉自控镇痛泵可降低剖宫产术后疼痛度,增加泌乳量,提高护理满意度,降低并发症发生率,促进产妇的快速康复,具有理想的护理效果。
Objective To study the effect of high quality nursing combined with intravenous patient-controlled analgesia pump on pain and lactation function after cesarean section.Methods From February 2020 to February 2021, 62 parturients who underwent cesarean section in our hospital were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 31 cases in each group. Both groups were given intravenous patient-controlled analgesia pump, while the control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given high quality nursing. The pain score, initial lactation time, lactation score, lactation efficiency, complication rate and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The pain score at 48 h after operation in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P <0.05), while there was no significant difference in pain score between the observation group and the control group at 24 h after operation(P>0.05). The initial time of lactation in the observation group was less than that in the control group, and the lactation score was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). The effective rate of lactation in the observation group was 90.32%, which was higher than 83.87% in the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was 9.68%, which was lower than 22.58% in the control group( P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.77%, which was higher than 83.87% of the control group( P<0.05).Conclusion High quality nursing combined with intravenous patient-controlled analgesia pump can reduce the pain after cesarean section, increase lactation, improve nursing satisfaction, reduce the incidence of complications, promote the rapid recovery of parturients, and have ideal nursing effect.
