摘要
目的分析全面质控管理应用于检验科常规生化检验当中的作用。方法选取2020年1月—2021年7月湖南省直中医医院检验科的20名检验人员为研究对象,通过双盲法分为两组,各10名。研究组接受全面质控管理,参照组接受常规检验管理。对比两组检验人员的标本检验合格率(创伤组织、痰液、血液、粪便、尿液、生殖道分泌物)、检验科管理质量(无菌操作、服务态度、检验技术、预防风险事件、科室间沟通)。结果研究组标本检验合格率、检验科管理质量均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在检验科常规生化检验当中实施全面质控管理的效果显著,能保证检验准确性,对患者的临床诊疗提供准确数据,也能为患者病情提供可靠依据。
Objective To analyze the role of comprehensive quality control management applied to routine biochemical tests in the Department of Laboratory Medicine.Methods Selected 20 laboratory personnel from the Laboratory of Hunan Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to July 2021 as the research objects,and divided them into two groups by double-blind method,10 in each group.The research group was subject to comprehensive quality control management,and the reference group was subject to routine inspection management.Compared the sample inspection qualification rate(trauma tissue,sputum,blood,stool,urine,genital tract secretion)and the quality of laboratory management(sterile operation,service attitude,laboratory technology,risk prevention,and inter-department communication)of the two groups of inspectors.Results The qualified rate of samples and the quality of laboratory management in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive quality control management among routine biochemical tests in the laboratory department is effective and can ensure the accuracy of tests,provide accurate data for clinical diagnosis and treatment of patients,and also provide a reliable basis for patients'conditions.
